Pros
Great health benefits, awesome company to work for, innovative, cutting edge medical technology. Cafeteria food is actually good, lots of opportunity to move around to different locations and positions
Cons
Pay is terrible, managers didn't take employee input or concerns seriously, they blamed employees for new systems slowness and problems, the different groups felt like they are working against each other instead of with each other due to management discouraging positive interactions such as potluck and holiday parties
