Pros

They work at maintaining their mission, vision, and values. They are dedicated to providing quality patient care and it shows in everything they do. Friendly culture.

Cons

They pay below average for most positions and this creates a high turnover. There isn't a good work/life balance. There isn't a lot of growth opportunity. It is very much a "who you know, not what you know" mentality.

Pros

Great benefit package. Fun and interesting job.

Cons

Raises are poor. New hires are making about fifty cents less than a five yr. Veteran.

Condescending, sarcastic supervisor

Pros

Assist low income uninsured people with medical care

Cons

Their supervisor is very condescending, sarcastic and likes to bully employees, many people have left because of her and when one leaves, she targets a new person to bully, management won't do nothing to correct the problem. Stop making employees participate / volunteer to your events ALL the time! people have lives and families too. pay a little more, treat people like humans, be more professional and people would stay and be happy to work there.
