Pros

Schedule is great. Hours are easy to get. Great coworkers. Great food. Decent benefits.

Cons

Pay is not adjusted to cost of living (especially if you have other dependents), but is manageable with a working spouse or by picking up extra shifts or shifts with differentials.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. At Intermountain Health, we’re always working to keep communication open and meaningful across all levels of the organization. We’ve built in several ways for caregivers and leaders to stay connected and share feedback, like 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins during onboarding, regular team huddles, and quarterly meetings. These touchpoints are designed to create space for real conversations and collaboration. Additionally, we regularly review compensation each year to stay aligned with market trends and geographic considerations. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to the appropriate teams as we move ahead.
