Pros

co-workers are great people. The job itself is rewarding

Cons

zero appreciation of you by the administration. No respect for your skill level. Treat you as expendable. Pay is not adequate for what is expected. No communication but plenty of expectation. No growth opportunities and unwilling to financially assist in professional development (CEU's) huge changes over the past year have created a turbulent employee morale.
