      Pros

      There are (have been) a lot of good people throughout the organization. People will still get sick, so the company will be around a while.

      Cons

      The company has lost the vision of community healthcare that it was founded on. The board has brought in a high priced outsider CEO to accomplish the desired change of direction. Absolutely no prior reputation or expectation of the company is reliable and valid. Beware! Modest wage, uncertain security.

      Pros

      Impacting the lives a patients in a non clinical sense. Creating ease during the worst moments of patients lives.

      Cons

      micro managing to the amount of clicks a minute. No room for growth or moments in careers. Basically has turned into a medical conditioning sweat shop. You are expected to take on 30% more of processing in the same 8hrs, no OT. and if you don't meet those numbers just once in a quarter say good bye to your .25 cent performance raise.
