      Most of those people are leaving because of the outsourcing that was evaluated.

      Patient Care slipping along with employee morale.

      My co-workers were mostly really helpful and kind.

      Cons

      Phony Culture (It used to be good) they only pretend to care about employees. H.R. is a joke; employees should know not to bother. Watch out if you have an idea that might improve care and company operations, no one cares. I worked at Intermountain and was nearly killed in the ER because they didn't check my history. My son was also given a morphine shot too soon and it nearly killed him. I've lost all respect for the company. Sad; because they used to be really good. The new CEO has no empathy or understanding of what made the company good in the first place; he is destroying it.
