Pros

*Decent benefits *Some scholarships programs for needed medical fields such as a physical therapist.

Cons

*Toxic work environment, and management can't/won't fix it. *Pay is below average for laboratory work. * In the larger labs, things were overly frenetic and unorganized. Expect a work load that is too much. *Benefits and pay are not as competitive as other clinical labs such as ARUP.

Pros

flexible schedule, was a good company to work for until they sold out

Cons

Sold out to another company that has brought down morale to the employees so many have lost their jobs that could have been avoided. some managers are micro managers and horrible to work with
