Pros

Great patient care and staff

Cons

Marc Harrison, CEO, doesn't care about the patient:RN ratio. Sometimes we don't feel that he cares about our concerns. The rest of Leadership genuinely seems to care about our thoughts and concerns and lets us know that we have been heard.

Pros

The company mission and values are something I really like to uphold, it attracted me to the company to begin with. The healthcare professionals love what they do and work hard to meet the needs of patients. The culture is one of excellence and service which I love.

Cons

The management expects a lot of employees without upholding the same values they expect to be displayed by those they lead. Employees often feel like they don’t matter and morale is low which is shown by the high turn over rates

Pros

401K and pension are great.

Cons

Marc Harrison is horrible. IHC has definitely gone down hill the past few years. They say they care for their employees, but they also let you know that you are replaceable.
