Pros

It’s a job but it’s becoming only a stepping stone to take people to other companies.

Cons

Disappearing benefits Decreasing staff moral No trust in leadership or executive leaders Company has no future goals that really reflect a desire to maintain long term employees A CEO who is running the company into the ground: through outsourcing long term and loyal employees “strategic partnerships”—layoffs and outsourcing, diminishing benefits to nonsalaried, employees, and sponsoring a pro football stadium out of state for hundred of millions of dollars.

Money Hungry

Pros

I had great co-workers here and was paid well.

Cons

Extremely money hungry. The higher up and big wigs only care about money. Seriously. They're all about doing favors to people and don't care about stepping on anyone's toes while they're at it. They ask for advice from employees then don't follow it. They have fired multiple friends of mine then replaced them with family friends... Seems sketchy? Yeah. It is. All they care about it making money. It has been declining for the past 10 years and will continue. Stay away.

Pros

I work with some awesome talent. We take our jobs quite seriously, but still manage to have fun. It's an environment where initiative is highly valued and rewarded, and where it feels safe to learn, grow, and make mistakes.

Cons

Occasionally, it feels as though the larger organization is out of touch with the day to day work. For example the larger organization may want or value some change without thinking through how it impacts the front line staff. However, I have found that voicing these concerns often gets them solved or changed.
