High Standards and overall great company to work for

Pros

The team environment, coworkers and pay increases over time were more than reasonable.

Cons

Advancing in the company is something they encouraged but it seems like the person who had the most experience was left to feel inadequate while someone with less experience takes the position. Sometimes it felt like nobody would listen to the little person but change everything about their job in a heartbeat. Also Management would sometimes baby their employees and treat them like we were children and no like valued, contributing employees.

Pros

Good Benefits such as PTO about 4.6 if full time per paycheck. They cover up to 70% of tuition if you are working at least 48 hours per paycheck. They have a lot of clinics all over Utah and if you are an employee you can transfer to a different site if there is an opening.

Cons

When you work in the Hospital and not one of the clinics they need staff there on all Holidays, such as Christmas Thanksgiving, so working on holidays.

Pros

Solid Company, very decent benefits, yearly raises (inflation adjustments), mostly professional

Cons

Lower than average salary (they are and act like the big dog in the kennel), very bureaucratic and annoyingly inefficiency
