Pros

I was in a very fast paced clinic so the days went by quickly. When I started in 2018 a degree or lots of experience was required. I saw the quality of people hired decline over the course of 4 years to where they would hire really awful, irresponsible people.

Cons

No additional help when someone would call off. Positions not filled quickly after someone quit causing you to be overworked regularly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. While the healthcare industry continues to face staffing shortages across the nation, Intermountain Health is employing innovative solutions to address these shortages, including remote and hybrid work options for select positions where possible, tuition reimbursement/education assistance, paid training programs and apprenticeships, and partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to develop a pipeline of healthcare talent. Through these avenues, as well as an organizational focus on retention efforts, we’re working to ensure we have the workforce we need to provide high quality care to our patients and communities. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
