Unfair progression, no baseline for responsibilities, uneven increases, horrible scheduling, team culture is toxic, no follow up with inappropriate work behaviors (I.e. Harassment, bigotry, racism, sexual orientation, etc), favoritism, high emphasis on degrees but don't pay you what you're worth when you have one.

Previous AVP and HR Directors, within the corporate office were unethical. Company mission, vision and values were adhered to a selected few. The key phase "Work, Llife, Balance" was never a goal based on workload and unrealistic expectations.
