Pros

This was once a wonderful, purpose driven, values based organization

Cons

The company has undergone a radical leadership change. These new leaders are bereft of integrity as well as experience. It no longer shares my values. I will be seeking employment elsewhere.

Pros

There aren't many, but they do like to promote from within. They match your contribution to your HSA which is nice. They do tuition reimbursement after 6 month with the company.

Cons

Employees are underpaid, under appreciated, and over worked. IHC wants you to work for them because you care for patients, which is nice, but if you're also looking to be compesated fairly for your work, look elsewhere. Their insurance premiums continue to rise, and their insurance packages aren't good as it is. They are drastically reducing the amount that they give out for christmas bonuses, eventually wanting to get rid of them entirely. They are re-structuring and getting rid of employees left and right. Management is not good, they believe a high five should been enough compensation for a extraordinary work....
