Pros

Work schedule is 4 ten hour days, my lunch appears to be paid at this location, bonuses can be up to $12,000 twice/year

Cons

Work with MC Advantage plans which have some billing issues, it can feel very corporate, unwilling to change as this is the way things are done (working for a very large entity) - not as friendly for NPs as for MDs/DOs

Pros

The hospital has great resources for nurses to do their jobs in terms of clinical supplies and teams (equipment, materials, IV team, Feeding tube team, transporters for patients to imaging/procedures).

Cons

Pay seems to lag behind other states with similar cost of living.
