Pros

Friendly and welcoming environment! All of your coworkers are there to support you and help you when needed. Room for growth and expanding your knowledge and skills.

Cons

Once you have a target on your back, HR, Executive Directors and the appeals committee throw you away like you never mattered or made a difference. They always tell you thank you for all you do, but when it comes time to defend yourself or have them listen to your side, They don't have time for that and you are expendable.

Pros

Certain managers are decent people.

Cons

Raises just came out. Significantly less than $1. I’ve been working to keep multiple departments in multiple regions within kpi threshold. I’ve basically been doing the job of 3-4 people.
