      short commute, short commute, a good laptop :)

      leaders who lie, a CEO who is a narcissist, new "leaders" hired who are rude and condescending, a disrespect of our community roots, not valuing one person who isn't in the cool kids club, a board who is a bunch of elitist and too rich to be in touch (we will not go to their businesses as employees anymore), if you aren't a doctor from Cleveland or in the cool kids club you are treated as a useless human, a CIO who is clueless,

      None. No longer worth working for. Nothing left to be proud of.

      Cons

      New CEO has made all employees nothing but numbers and percentages. Getting rid of all their employees to outsource companies to make high dollar money for a nonprofit company. They don't treat their employees well despite their own "values" they have put in place. Management in my department is nothing but micro managing, horrible people that don't are about the employees at all. Can't find parking as an employee, and wages are low.

      Pros

      Having worked 33 years with Intermountain Healthcare, my family includes the many colleagues and peers I worked with all those years. Intermountain Healthcare was family and had our backs.

      Cons

      My children and grandchildren are some of those that were thrown away through 'outsourcing' to a disreputable company out of New York. I feel betrayed and saddened. This failed reorg has disrupted the life of every person I know either directly or indirectly.
