Grass isn't always greener...I miss what I had there.

Pros

I am not going to list all the pros because I believe they are subjective to the person's goals. What I will say is, Family. While I thought family was being pushed out from Intermountain, it was only being stifled. I lost site of that and have realized you don't know what you had til it's gone. I lost my better judgement and left when I shouldn't have. I miss it every day. Leadership changes in the manner of which they occured broke me down and killed my confidence in the company.

Cons

More chaos than what I was ok with at the time. I would absolutely take it all back though. There I was able to learn and make a difference but needed to fix what was broken first before moving on to something new. I felt as though that wasn't being heard.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits package is no different. Intermountain Health offers benefits that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our benefits will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. Additionally, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
