Pros

The people at Intermountain are truly great, collaborative, kind, and mission driven. Leadership is responsive, and changes that benefit patient safety or improve the system are often implemented quickly.

Cons

Intermountain owns SelectHealth, but this year we were only offered one health insurance option through them. In the past, we had more choices, and it’s frustrating to see that flexibility taken away without clear explanation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits package is no different. Intermountain offers benefits that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our benefits will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
