The worst EMR system

Pros

Great health, dental, and retirement benefits. There is usually a Christmas bonus although that is not guaranteed.

Cons

EMR system is a mess. Constantly going down. Unreliable. Difficult to use efficiently. It's been over 2 years and it's getting worse rather than better. After 2 years, employees and physicians still do not know how to use the system. I am now afraid for patient safety.

Pros

The benefits are good and also the work schedules available.

Cons

They keep as few employees as possible, making you work short for weeks and months on end until gradually it's the new norm. Their main goal is to make as much money as possible.
