      Benefits are good, ability to work remote (which is also a benefit to the employer!

      Cons

      Management is lost, full of great ideas but not organized to carry them on. Impossible dead lines and constant changes. 0 communication and documentation. From Silos to Synergy is a joke. All they have is Silos!

      Pros

      Good place to work in Information Systems, unless you are talented, experienced, and ambitious.

      Cons

      The title pretty much covers it. Deliver high quality work because your integrity demands it. But, don't kid yourself that your efforts will be rewarded. Someone from The Church will always pass you by. If there is no penalty for poor performance, then what is the incentive for superior performance?
