Pros

My manager is nice and available, and I feel like I have been given the tools needed to succeed at my job. The pay isn't incredible but the job is fairly flexible. Benefits and educational opportunities seem to be very good as well (although I haven't taken advantage of them yet)

Cons

It's a large corporation, and though they seem thoughtful, you can tell that this hospital system is run as a business, so if you're not okay with that then it's probably not for you, I haven't been employed long enough to see any real issues
