Pros

This is a great place to work with good people and the opportunity to do marketing for a huge healthcare brand. Intermountain is really just getting started with digital marketing, so there are a lot of opportunities there.

Cons

Marc Harrison is currently making a lot of changes to the structure of the company (marketing especially), and it's not clear what those changes are going to be. The general feeling is one of foreboding. The company is also often stymied in bureaucracy and leadership have a tendency to be penny wise and pound foolish.

Pros

Great work life balance, culture, people. The pay is competitive. Raises are yearly and promotions are annually.

Cons

Working as a software engineer, being told that your job is super secure because Intermountain has never laid off or let go a single engineer and then having your entire engineering department laid off so they can outsource your position.
