Pros

Most staff are nice despite it all.

Cons

Management boldfaced lies to your face, no integrity. Culture supported is one of bullying, deception and falsehoods. Work schedule will kill the most motivated workers, break spirit, drive and will.

Pros

Intelligent, compassionate, and dedicated people. Nice corporate facility. Mission driven delivery of patient care. Significant community benefit in terms of jobs and charity care.

Cons

Instability and turnover among leadership ranks at both corporate and care sites which hampers keeping pace with changes in healthcare. Everything moves slowly and is subject to politics and multiple layers of approval. Thus inefficiencies that can be solved by today's technology persist at the expense of patient and provider satisfaction.
