Pros

Direct manager is good and I like my coworkers

Cons

Subpar benefits, low pay for the area. They say they don't base pay on cost of living and align with their other locations (in Utah and Wyoming) which is ridiculous. You can't compare living between these places. Colorado is very expensive. No room for growth. Constant policy updates and nonsense like "K cards" did I introduce myself to my patient, did I use AIDET... come on what a waste of my time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits package is no different. Intermountain Health offers benefits that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our benefits will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. Additionally, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
