Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. As a healthcare organization, everything we do is rooted in data, from creating treatment plans for patients to making decisions about our business. Our benefits package is no different. Intermountain Health offers benefits that support caregivers, maintain affordability and sustainability, stay competitive in the market, and create a consistent experience for all caregivers. Our benefits will continue to evolve based on caregiver feedback and market data. Additionally, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.
