      Pros

      Everyone on the team was so understanding of work/life balance. Had to leave for other opportunities but have nothing but positive feelings for the design team at Intermountain Health.

      Cons

      Onboarding takes forever. You need to communicate with HR directly sometimes to get something resolved yourself and it takes a while for technology like computer/Teams accounts to get incorporated into the company.
