Pros

The patients kept me coming back for more.

Cons

Management/directors threatened our jobs on a daily basis. It was so toxic. If they weren’t attacking me, it was my coworkers. It broke my heart to see people getting picked on like that. Having that kind of stress makes us not want to come into work at all.

Pros

Good Healthcare and benefits A good place to network and meet people in other departments.

Cons

Passive-aggressive management Under Michael Bienes management, we had no job tasks for our first 2 months besides watching videos and surfing the web. The company as a whole has an identity crisis in the way they are structured- that of which the general philosophy is to have virtue among the executives instead of cultivating virtue among the general employees to make to grow the company. Due to this, you will often find the majority of people worried about job security, salary cuts, and benefit losses.
