      Pros

      pay is okay, benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Management has no backbone. Never stick up for their nurses, the doctor is always right..no matter what. It is to the point of unethical behavior that is occurring at our hospital. So many of my colleges are looking for other jobs, including myself.

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely. However, some of MY co-workers always tries to be my boss by checking on me.

      Cons

      MY boss has no clue about the work and she doesn't care about one of the two responsibilities she has. Management style is very old fashion and they are not open-minded to make a change or even entertain changes. MY co-workers are the worst, closed-minded people I've ever met. They're all not professional and like to throw people under the bus. Management likes to pick favorites. I would not recommend scl health (at least their corporate office) to anyone.

      Pros

      When first starting was fast paced and stressful, once got used to it became second nature and easy/fun work. Was able to advance in 2-2.5 years. Great supervisors and co-workers.

      Cons

      Very strict attendance policy, if your someone that struggles with being late this isn't the job for you. Can be stressful being on phones all day long.
