Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We value all our current and former caregivers’ feedback, as our focus is to continually improve our practices. We are happy to hear about your time at Intermountain Health and that you enjoy our collaborative, team-focused work culture and our benefits package. As for pay, we assess pay on an annual basis, to reflect geography, and as the market changes. We appreciate your review and will share it with our teams as we continue to move forward.

Pros

Stable, steady work. Live well program is good.

Cons

Intermountain used to be a great company to work for but no longer. It is too big for its britches. It started to go downhill with the last CEO. The leaders are too concerned about things like DEI, new logos, and growth. It used to feel like family but now I don't feel safe speaking up and I don't feel like I have an opportunity to do what I am good at. I want to leave the profession but I've been a nurse for over 30 years and have an advanced degree so it's hard to do something else at this stage of life.

Cons

I do feel like with the current economy my wages do not match my given experience or cost of living.
