I cannot think of a single pro

Cons

Customers are being misled by the sales teams, are being promised things that go against company policies just to sign the agreement. Agreements are riddled with confusing information and terms that go against local laws so that customers are forced to stay in their contracts for longer. Every little thing costs extra. Low quality service, nobody cares about customer satisfaction. Management does not care about employees either. All around a terrible company.

With a good team around you it can be great. Having amazing clients is a bonus as well

Cons

low pay and a pay rises are very rare and hard to get. You will have a CA earning more than a CM in some places hence why we're not allowed to talk about salaries. Very high expectations with no incentives. It ridiculous. As an employee they don't make you feel valued and appreciated
