      Flexibility in location of work, so can be in a different centre every day Not having to have direct line management responsibility of staff Autonomy

      Cons

      Commission is based on so many variables which means you're unlikely to get much irrespective of how well you do in the 1/4. 7 figures generation of sales income results in a low 4 figure 1/4ly bonus. Always being pushed irrespective if you're a high flyer and targets aren't really taken into account if you're on holiday or not. Lack of flexible benefits, or if there are any, it's impossible to find out where they are. Seems to be dog-eat-dog and no teamwork ethic
