      The company lacks true leadership and communication. The entry and mid-level leadership don’t understand what internal customers means and hides behind their remote positions and have their minions communicate through the,. Open Door policy is a joke and HR lies to when it comes to getting you in the door. They will tell you that there will be plenty of opportunities for future advancements. However, you need to work there for more than six months before you got a sniff. They do this, so you can be part of their customer service team because they can’t get anybody to do our entry level positions. DO NOT APPLY. REVIEW HOW MANY STATES ARE OPTING OUT OF INTOXALOCK.

      you can make decent money 50k, benefits are good like medical, dental and vision, if you have been here for some time or threaten to quit you can get a great schedule.

      Cons

      HR writes fake reviews on here! management is mediocre, the sups try there best but are held back by managers who just care about themselves, calls can be a drag they want you to be on the phones 100% of the time, goals are unattainable, its the wild west with people lying to customers and the manager of inside sales doesnt do anything because he gets paid. They even promoted one of the a person who was #1 for doing shady things.

      The turnover at this company is probably around 80% within four months (management included). Employees have zero real control over income. All pay factors are based on customer metrics such as if a customer submitted a valid phone number or name online, and if they didn't, it is the employee's fault they didn't close the sale and are paid in a lower tier. Forced work culture Extremely cutthroat culture Policies aren't adheared to by management Weekends are a must Weekly overtime is a must Average tenure is 4 months.
