      Pros

      Great benefits, culture and compensation are ok

      Cons

      Lots of “quiet layoffs.” I do not feel I have job security no matter how well I do my job. They layoff relentlessly. Also, the modern ops organization wants to be Amazon. They are hiring many managers from Amazon and wanting to turn processes into the Amazon way which I don’t want. Intuit culture is being lost with this. Also, not much diversity at the top. Difficult to be promoted.

      Good pay, great benefits and awesome coworkers

      Cons

      Infeasible sales goals, unequal treatment. Hope you get a good manager that actually cares for their employees and if so you’ll be good. Otherwise, if not the company will fail you.

      It’s hard to think of pros when they don’t pay you enough to live or even use your health insurance

      Cons

      Extremely low pay not even comparable or competitive in the area! I can’t believe they think it’s ok.
