Pros

- No micro managing - Good people to work with - Flexible with hours - Nice office - Has the feel of a startup

Cons

- Unorganized - Difficult to get a raise - Can be on the phone with a client up to 12hrs straight - Benefits that include family or children are affordable (ex: Healthcare is $400+/paycheck with a spouse and child) - No bonuses - Pay is low for the amount of skill/knowledge - Software is very difficult to work with - Training in the classroom was very mentally taxing (8hrs/day for multiple days in a row)

Very welcoming, fun and family-like environment, competitive pay, great benefits, awesome facility and great people, 28 yr old company but has a start-up feel to it.

Cons

little to no mobility policy, would like some work from home days

Solid, constantly growing company Upbeat and innovative CEO Fully-paid Medical Benefits Staff is kept up-to-date on what is going on with the company Owners are kind, family-oriented people

Cons

No bonus program Unstructured chain of command in several departments One-sided annual review procedure (you rate yourself on several performance questions - your boss then either agrees with your self-ratings or rates your performance higher or lower - you do not get the same courtesy to rate your supervisor's performance on communication, validation, structure, expectations, feedback,, things to improve on, etc.) High turn-over rate Not enough team-building events for departments
