Fairly compensated on the base, complete confusion on the bonus payouts.

Cons

As stated, complete confusion on the bonus payouts. Management was either micro or non-existent. There was no in between. I left as part of a massive down-sizing one year to the week of the merger being signed. No heart these people.

Ability to work from home

Cons

Incredible high turnover of Support staff as well as middle management. Poor direction and leadership cultivated a toxic environment. Poor performance was never addressed and their load transferred to the high performing engineers with no compensation increase.

Pros

Good people, trusted to work independently with support when needed.

Cons

Constant change of direction and strategy. Staff attrition at levels never witnessed elsewhere. No investment in existing products, strategy is to buy revenue not grow it organically.
