Ivanti kept my dependent FSA money after leaving

With that said - after my last day Ivanti set my dependent FSA funds to expire after 2 months of my last day. Their employee handbook says they'll make an effort to notify an employee of changes to benefits. I expected to have until Feb 2022 to claim the $2900 in my dependent FSA account after leaving in July 2021. 2 months after the calendar year as per the benefit plan. They didn't notify me of the date change and their administrator Health Equity said it wasn't their responsibility to. When I call they send me to voicemail. When I email they won't email me back. I have attempted to contact them for months and will move on from this life event by leaving this review.

Such a self-promoting, rah-rah, rock star culture you start to wonder what value the company delivers to customers. The #weareivanti tagline feels like something from football culture, Greek life. Very odd.
