What are the downsides at Ivy? You need to be motivated to be a part of the team. You have to want to learn and grow and be willing to accept and tackle the challenges that come with being a physical therapist and be a part a of a physical therapy clinic, no matter what your role. You have to want to help others first and serve the community.
