Pros

Great product that is really useful.

Cons

Executives have forced current employees to make Glassdoor reviews because of the reports here of executive behavior and the negative environment. There is a severe problem with inexperienced and immature management. The management style and obvious issues with personal insecurity mean decisions last days at most and management does not take responsibility for the effects of those constantly changing choices.

Pros

Izenda is a great company that has an incredible future. The leadership team is truly incredible.

Cons

There aren't really any downsides to Izenda. The only downside might be that Izenda is a small business, which to some might be a positive or a negative.

Pros

Fast growing, highly ambitious company full of professional growth opportunities. Everyone in upper management is the real deal. Employees are empowered to truly take ownership of projects. You would be hard pressed to find anywhere else that exposes you to as many projects right off the bat. It is a great place to grow, good work environment, great benefits and a company with an exciting vision and plan for the future.

Cons

Not many cons to speak of. Like any other fast growing software company things move at break neck speed so being able to adapt quickly is a must. Being able to take initiative, self-learn and having a strong sense of urgency are all traits that serve people well at Izenda.
