7yHi there. We know who you are. We are sorry that you feel this way. You were a part-time resource and we met with you three times to discuss career planning in the first 83 days and you quit before your formal 90-day review. Team Members at Izenda are not uninspired. I see the great work they produce every day. You joined us without a college degree in a clerical role. You worked in a contract capacity. A note to the InterWebs - , we pay 100% of our staff's health insurance and we have formal reviews for all staff members. We do wish you the best and hope you mature. Honesty is not a form of "human right" as you describe, but an attribute of ethics and I hope my response illustrates that we do care about everyone that walks in/out of our doors! Also, we pay market (or above) for all talent and continue to grow and create opportunities.
