Great place for engineers to grow their careers and learn a lot. Management is attentive to your goals, and they listen to your ideas when you have them about the product.

Pros

Excellent executive team, worked to establish an open-dialog relationship with all employees so that everyone feels welcome to discuss any idea or concern openly. The CEO, Bill Curran, always has his 'door open' and will assist you in any way he can. We are a small company and everyone gets along very well and creates a fun working environment. Excellent flexible hours and position autonomy, when earned.

Cons

Must be a 'go-getter' to thrive in this environment, on boarding is minimal and there is no 'hand-hoding' to ensure one gets started on the right foot. If you don't put forth the effort required to get things moving on your own, you will not last long.
