Pros

Flexible hours, clothes discount, 22 days pto.

Cons

Come here if you want to work for mediocre and pretentious people and kill your career. Upper management literally doesn't have a clue what they do, they have more managers that employees to execute final work (I'm talking to you, Engineering team), firing a lot of people and not replace them, keeping useless managers. There is an abnormal amount of arrogance and stupidity in product leadership, I don't even want to mention design because that deserves another chapter. Marketing is another nest of reptiles, times have changed and customers don't perceive the brand as before, dummies. This place has been always a sinking ship, and the people that still stay there are because they are so low-average that they won't be able to find a decent job elsewhere while being overpaid, and they know it.

Pros

Products could sporadically be of good quality, the discount wasn't bad. Some "clients" could be really pleasant to work with but you're mostly selling crap to middle-aged women with a ton of disposable income. Pre-restructuring, the company did take care of their employees.

Cons

Company structure is awful, restructured to cut all assistant managers hours, upward mobility is entirely based on whether your District Manager takes you out for drinks or not, sales associates are unmotivated due to constant pressure on cards, cards, and cards. Company has deteriorated after the recent departures in head designers and long standing members that held the company's design integrity alive.

Pros

A discount on the product sold (Note: sometimes doesn’t apply or in the end you ultimately pay less as a customer)

Cons

No benefits of any kind for part time associates, no paid time off, no work life balance (if you have open availability prepare to work every weekend and holiday, no exceptions) , and no clear path for advancement
