      good reputation decent discount good customers... not too ghetto not too snobby

      Cons

      depends on management overnight shifts there is some sort of "no fire" policy unless you steal, so a lot of bad employees coast along

      -Employee discount -Good rate -Fun environment -60's list (Items you can get for 60% off!) - Flexible schedule -Good work and school balance -Management is really nice

      Cons

      -LONG hours( Even when you shift if short they always ask you to stay longer!) -VPS's(Very Personal Stylists) are extremely rude and always steal your commission and make you do the crappy work like folding and go backs -They often have sales where the customer get the same or MORE of a discount than employees!
