Pros

Good college job. Decent pay. Flexible hours. Probably the best Pro of this job was the employee discount, I'm not sure if the policies are the same but when I worked there it was ridiculously awesome.

Cons

Working retail sales is as bad as you think it is. The location I worked at was in a particularly snoby part of town and if you've ever worked in customer service you know how horrible people can be. But honestly I felt it really lacked a team feeling, I felt like everyone was just out for themselves, I didn't feel like anyone tried to get to know me. As a guy I was really disappointed by the type of clientele I was typically helping, mostly people who didn't have any sense of style and didn't want my advice. In the end what this all means is that, for me personally, going to work wasn't fun or exciting or challenging. It was just a job.
