      Meeting difference people and personalities makes the job a lot of fun. I think eventually, I would really like to become a personal stylish because i really love shopping

      Good retail sales associate position!

      Pros

      I learned a lot from J.Crew about what is expected of a good sales employee, and the standards that they uphold. The company pays fare for the sales associate position. They managers teach you how to get the most from each sale, and how to do better in the future. It is a great place to start in retail sales, because they cover standards well.

      Cons

      Management had it's week points. The store I personally worked in had weak management, all the way up to the Store Director. Management was bitter toward each other. Had poor placement of employees, placing great sales people behind the POS system, leaving them with zero commission. They also allowed their Personal Stylist to steal sales from the part-time sales associates.
