Pros

The hourly wage was good with a little commission as well. Good work atmosphere and culture. Hard work was noticed and mentioned. Time went by fast because it fast paced.

Cons

During high sales hours, very busy so can get tiring. The dresscode was pretty strict so a lot more of your pay was spent on the dresscode.

Pros

I have the ability to touch all of our production, QA, and development machines, which are relatively stable. The problems, when they arise, tend to be easy to fix.

Cons

It's not an environment geared towards helping junior team members learn constantly. Someone who has been in the real world just over a year should not feel as though they have peaked in terms of knowledge able to be gained from a company.
