Pros

I've gotten to work with lots of amazing people, the discount and great, and management is (generally) pretty good. You'll learn a lot about the retail world if you're open to it.

Cons

High associate & management turnover - which creates for a less than inspiring work environment. During longer shifts associates are supposed to have meal breaks and 15 minute breaks but I almost never get both. The J. Crew customer can sometimes be pretty demanding and rude. Also, the pay is too low for how much work you'll actually be doing - especially around the holidays.
