      Pros

      Discount- if you like the clothes. If you are lucky some cool co-workers. Flexible scheduling to a certain degree.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity unless you are the "right" type of person, which is usually insincere, backstabbing, and overly concerned with how things appear vs. how they are. People who do actual work are overlooked for people who give good soundbites, which are usually culled from the people who are doing the actual work. workloads are unmanageable at every level and the disconnect between the decision-makers and those who deal with the implications of those decisions is vast.

      Pros

      Incredibly intelligent, motivated, respectful coworkers. Efficient processes and effective structure; solid project management support across teams and departments. Predictable work hours and seasonal shifts in heavy- versus lighter-workload. Excellent benefits. CEO and top leadership are fantastic and truly open to ideas and feedback from ALL associates. Great office location as well.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up and continue growing once reach a certain level. Sometimes can be difficult to truly push the envelope as is expected with a well-established, well-recognized brand.

      Great company to work for if you are looking for something part time or temporary. Very friendly and professional. Also the discount is great too ;)

      Cons

      Only thing that sucks is having to greet people at the door with promotions.
