Pros

J. Crew is very flexible when working with students and the environment is very welcoming. Although, the outlets need more leadership improvement it is a good company to start with as a first time job or wanting to work your way up to management.

Cons

The cons about J. Crew is the management. It was possibly because through my experience the managers were not on the same page or had different personalities that made employers dissatisfied where they worked. It became a love and hate position for many employees.

Pros

Everyone was nice and I always felt welcome. I always felt I was heard and was treated well if I had issues, needed hours changed, etc; accommodations were always made if an employee really needed it. The employee discount is very generous.

Cons

The clientele could be absolutely bonkers, and I was always made to accommodate even some of the craziest whims.
