1. Shifts are way too late, long tedius hours, nothing to do on the shop floor but fold 2. Management are unrealiable and do not communicate well 3. Alot of double standards and unfairness in the store with managers and associates and favouritism 4. Gossipy and cliquey atmosphere, not nice at all 5. Too much focus on individual sale targets, very stressfull 6. Managers also need to be careful of how they address situations and comments/jokes they make about associates - some could be taken the wrong way (racially)!!!

Only con is a major one, the managers are horrible (at least at my location). I was warned early on that managers schedule employees based on how they personally feel about you, not based on your ability to meet SPH, keep a clean section, customer service or overall job performance. Rather than help their employees, managers will passive aggressively cut hours and give opening/closing shifts until you quit. Also if you call in sick they won't give you the sick day.
