      Awesome discounts on merchandise (50% off sale items, 30%-50% off regular priced items) Employee sales contests Fun co-workers Laid back atmosphere

      Being on call some days makes it hard to make other plans Low hourly wage Seems difficult to get an increased salary wage

      Pros

      The products are definitely above standard, it is clean professional look, very good discounts. J Crew partners with some very reputable brands such as Alden, Redwings and Filson to provide a wide range of apparel that can fit any individuals style. The hours working there are very flexible and works well if you just a little spending cash.

      Cons

      As with any retail job, it is sales driven, and when sales are not so good, scheduling isnt as good. The stress of the customers can sometimes get to workers. It is a very competitive work scene so be prepared to hustle and maintain it at a high level

      Pros

      Great employee discount, which is nice given all the awesome clothes they have. Co-workers are generally friendly and pretty attractive.

      Cons

      Extreme focus on sales while saying customer service is also important, although customer satisfaction is obviously secondary. Slightly conceited management.
